Salix Batting Legguard

Quite simply this is a beautiful pad to reflect the design and finish of the Pod 1 Grade One glove. A modern take on the traditional pad - high density plastazote bars over 8 canes, with plastazote side bars and wing for greater flex and comfort at the sides of the leg. Inner protective side wing plus removable shin guard for superlative front leg impact protection and concentrated comfort. Straps have double V fixings, to pull the pad tighter to the leg and again increase comfort, flexibility and ease of movement. This pad offers the highest grade of protection in a light, streamlined design. Incorporating mesh lining on the knee and side bolsters, stunning gold edging and top hat, leather instep and highlight stitch-embossed panels on the front. 

The Pod 2 Grade One pads are uniquely hinged on the side wing which is designed to enhance protection on both legs, whilst bringing the pad physically closer to the leg to increase freedom of movement at the crease. The hinge and double V fixings pull the pads into the knee so that this area is streamlined and compact making it easier to move and to run. At the same time the hinged side wing is overlaid with a second layer of plastazote to amplify protection and highlighted by stitch-embossed panels. This is an agile pad which lacks nothing in protection and is incredibly light. 

Based on the Pod Grade One pad, this is a light, combination cane and laminated foam fronted pad. Towelling backed straps, centre three bars below and centre four bars above knee roll cane faced with combination foam behind, additional bars cane backed flat high density foam, mesh internal bolsters, cotton lining and shaped knee bolster. 

This is a credible junior pad with dedicated left and right models which maximize side wing protection. PVC fronted for greater finish and practicality, 6 cane kapok backed junior pad with high density foam front bars, padded top hat. Stitch-embossed and metallic highlights in line with the senior range.
